We are a UPVC window / door manufacturer and installer

We have been providing products into new build housing since 2000 through various installation companies and in March 2023 we took the decision to set up our own dedicated new build division to provide a full holistic service to the sector, from manufacturing through to installation.

  • OUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFERING - Our Customer Care Maintenance programme, available to all homeowners, new and exclusive for the first time in the UK, only available through Pearl allows the homeowner record the maintenance of their windows and doors.  Please see our short video for further information.


  • OUR TECHNOLOGY - Unrivalled IT system “The Vault” offers full visibility for site management from installation to CML including a traffic light system for customer care management.  Please see our short video for further information.OUR INSTALLATION TEAMS - We do not use subcontract labour on sites. All our teams are directly employed, from our installation operatives to our customer care engineers, alongside running a fully accredited apprenticeship scheme.

  • OUR ACCREDITATIONS - The full scope of our new build installation scheme is approved by CORGI Fenestration, all plots are registered through CORGI by us (we are the only manufacturer in the UK with our own building compliance linked to extendable warranties).

  • OUR INNOVATION - We are ready for Future Homes through Liniar’s new and exclusive Zero90 product. We are one of the first fabricators in the UK to manufacture a 56mm triple-glazed product, capable of a U-Value of 0.66. https://www.liniar.co.uk/zero90/

  • OUR QUALITY – All of our products are subject to a strict QC check in our manufacturing facility and we regularly audit our on site installations for both quality and safety. We are currently engaged with 50 regional and large national housebuilders and can provide suitable references if required.
