Chief Advisor Appointment Kevin Seddon
We are delighted to announce the arrival of, what can only be described as, a huge development for Pearl Window Systems New Build Division. We are so pleased to welcome Kevin Seddon as our full time Chief Advisor.
For many of you who know Kevin from within the industry, Kevin is former owner and founder of New View Window Systems. The ability to bring Kevin’s wealth of knowledge to Pearl is nothing more than exceptional for our development program.
Having worked with Kevin for over 20 years, Kevin’s reputation within the new build sector can only strengthen our journey as we continue to grow.

Sole supplier of Barratt and David Wilson
Pearl Windows New Build division are delighted to announce our recent success in being awarded sole supplier status for Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes for their Manchester, Yorkshire West and Sheffield divisions.
Jeff Walsh, Pearl CEO commented “The award of these Barratt and David Wilson Homes regions are an important strategic step in the growth of the new build division and is testament to the hard work of all of our new build team from the fitters to their apprentices, the office staff and everyone else involved. This type of contract award allows us the opportunity to invest and develop our offering with long term secured projects and I would like to commend and personally thank Barratt and David Wilson Homes on their refreshing approach to this style of procurement. We are now on four of their projects across these regions and we look forward to working with them for many years to come”.
New Build Expansion
Due to continued growth, Pearl New Build are gearing up for the next phase of expansion, with investment into new premises to accommodate their rapidly growing new build team. The upcoming move will complement the company's development for 2025. Keep an eye out for more updates!

We welcome Rebecca to the New Build Division
We are delighted to welcome new starter Rebecca Halliwell to Pearl New Build team. Rebecca joins us as Customer Care Manager following a 10 year career in similar roles in the sector.
Sam Horne promoted to Site Manager
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Sam Horne to the role of Site Manager. Sam has been with us as a lead fitter since the start of Pearl New Build and will now be looking after various sites throughout the North West of England for us. Well done Sam.

We are delighted to be awarded our first scheme with Keepmoat East Yorkshire office. The project will see 122 new homes built at their Eden Hills Garden site in Doncaster.
First Scheme with M.C.I Developments
We are delighted to be awarded our first scheme with M.C.I Developments in their North West region on their site at Rhyddings Mill in Oswaldtwistle.
New Contract Award - Barratt Homes
Yorkshire West – 57 plots on their Amblers Meadow project in Wakefield. Our first contract award for this region following our successful placement on Barratt’s group procurement framework.
